Front desk tried to hustle us out of $100 extra for the hole in the wall motel because it wasn’t a hotel. Drug dealers, prostitution and homeless people everywhere.

Solid choice for delayed and cancelled flights

My flight was cancelled after a day of delays to I chose this hotel to stay at for my morning flight the next day. The bed in particular was comfortable and there is a free shuttle that goes to and from the airport. Also, Andy, at the front desk, was warm, attentive, and highly competent.

Issues with my stay

The staff is very rude and ive been charged another 150 just to stay in the same room and I had to leave work today just to straighten things out that could have been handled over the phone!! Omg ive never been treated so poorly! And i have a artistic child who cant be too hot! Im furious

Booked a last minute king bed room on the way to ohio from Florida. Random people smoking and drinking alcohol around the lot, guy at the counter somehow switched my room from a king bed to two double beds, dirty pool area, nasty elevator, dirty towels in the bathrooms and a horrible mildew and food smell throughout the hotel.
