Clean, quiet and good breakfast.

4/10 Fair

Not great

Our rooms were run down - peeling headboard, stained walls, banged up desk. The sheets felt semi-clean, with lots of wrinkles and none of the clean feel of hotels.
orly, 2-night trip

The hotel was clean and pleasant.

Overall very nice stay. We only stayed for the night but liked the location and liked the location. Room was upgraded to a suite which was a nice bonus.
Andrew, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

An excellent place for families with children. I highly recommend it. The hotel is located near the second largest park in Israel and the Ramat Gan Safari and Zoo. The park is amazing and the Zoo experience was great. The hotel was great and the service was outstanding.

Ok
YALILY, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Diappointing

Bedroom door shut only by slamming it Unable to drawer curtains fully to meet in the middle so light came through between the otherwise excellent light-excluding curtains No information in room or lobby (neither booklet nor on TV) about hotel, e.g. how to access sports club; meal options (times, venues, costs, what); how to use the coffee machine. Though reception staff helpful. Shower water was either very hot or cold, not warm. Pkug sockets unusable without moving desk away from the wall (staff move it back). Towels & bathmat removed by cleaner & not replaced until I'd called reception twice (1hr apart) - then incorrect message passed to house team. My personal bathroom items all piled into my wash bag - left out because that's where I wanted them. No recycling facilities apparent. Reception staff very helpful (except for message re bathmat).

2/10 Poor

AVOID. AVOID. Shocking dated and shabby hotel

Well. Where do we start? Unfortunately there is nothing positive about this hotel. We were upgraded to superior rooms but they were just plain shocking and incredibly dated. (See pictures of a few issues. Never took too many pics as it’d seem like we were truly horrible people!) Apparently, even the miserable and rude staff, continually complained to us about this hotel, asking why we chose this dated and poor quality place. We were offered a comp breakfast, which is usually 90 shekels. Don’t buy breakfast with your room. It’s dire. The restaurant is soulless and staff just sit.hang around playing their mobiles until you approach them! We took our mother to Israel for her 80th birthday celebration and had two rooms. Both were as bad as each other. We both (rooms) had bugs in the bathroom too. Mini cockroach type. Also saw two in the breakfast restaurant. There isn’t much near the hotel and every single thing you can think of is chargeable. Do not ask reception for help, as they won’t! We asked one of the security chaps. He was lovely. However he wasn’t from Israel! If given the choice of staying at that hotel again or pulling my teeth and fingernails out - I’d choose the latter. Finally the smell of a cheap deodorant throughout the huge dates lobby is your welcome. Wow!

This property Is unique because it’s allows you to chill in Middle of a big Metropolin area, The national park, which is next to it and the small coffee bar with benches around. It really allows you to take a vacation from the vacation.

10/10 Exceptional

Great front desk service

Although my trip was postponed the hotel staff were excellent in resolving my issues and I look forward to rebooking next time.
Richard, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

Hotel is located in the middle of a campus of multiple buildings and nearly impossible to find. You have to park very far away in a parking lot that you have to pay for. The room was nothing like the pictures. Very old and dated. The lobby of the hotel is nice but that’s it. No convenient amenities either. Place is way over priced!
Sammy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Staff very friendly and helpful. The salads at the in house bar were terrific. Pool access was easy enough. Safe waking to the National Park. Comfortable and clean beds and linens. Very happy with my stay and would stay again if ever in Tel-Aviv again.
Alissa, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great family suite!

We visited in late august, the hottest and most crowded time in Israel. The hotel was very full but the staff functioned really well and we enjoyed the hotel a lot. An incredible breakfast buffet. Note that the gym is tiny and not the one in the photos.
einat, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Overall the room was spacious and nice, and clean. The area and parks surrounding the hotel are excellent and easy to walk to. The only issues was that the hotel need some maintenance and the hotel reception is not very helpful. They do not answer the front desk from the room so if you need something 9 times out of 10 you will need to walk down to speak to someone directly for assistance. The other major downside for me was there was no coffee maker in the room - only hot water and instant. The coffee snob in me couldn't deal with that. The offered breakfast which is all served smorgasbord style was not the best of the places I have stayed in Israel.
