One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I've Ever Had – Avoid at All Costs
I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. We booked a week at this hotel expecting a relaxing stay, but ended up leaving after only two nights — and to make things worse, we were charged for the entire week.
First of all, the hotel was under heavy construction, which we were never told about in advance. It was noisy, dusty, and completely chaotic — more like staying in the middle of a renovation zone than a hotel. Amenities were either shut down or nonexistent.
To make matters worse, there were no elevators, and we were put on the 4th floor. Lugging our bags up and down multiple flights of stairs — through construction noise and debris — was exhausting and unacceptable, especially since this critical info was never disclosed.
The staff was unhelpful and rude. When we voiced our concerns and said we wanted to leave early, they barely acknowledged us and showed zero willingness to make things right. No apology, no compensation, just a robotic “there’s nothing we can do.”
Despite checking out early due to the miserable conditions, they still charged us for the full week. Their excuse? “It’s policy.” Well, your policy is awful, and so is your customer service.
Do not stay here. This place should not even be open to guests in its current state. You deserve better — spend your money somewhere that actually values guests and provides what they promise.
