Beautiful hotel, great location

It is a great hotel with an excellent location. I would say the only downfall is no air conditioning and therefore open windows, which were located at a very noisy road. That put a bit of a damper in an otherwise great experience.

This was a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms. They offer on-site outdoor parking for €16/night which is the most we have had to pay for parking on our trip. Also, the fee WiFi worked flawlessly in the lobby but kept cutting out in the room which was quite frustrating.

Cold room :(

The heating in my room did not work. The fact that the reception did not seem surprised by this leads me to believe it has been a long time defective. Hotel fully booked so room change impossible. I was offered a small convection heater but this is not 4 star accomodation if you have to deal with this. Staff are friendly and helpful but they are not plumbers so they cant really help you. Everything else was acceptable.

Vårt rum var slitet. Heltäckningsmatta och i badrummet var plastmattan väldigt fläckig. I duschen fanns ingen termostat utan det varierade mellan kallt och varmt. Tog en halvtimme för toaletten att fylla på vatten när man hade spolat. Vi som allergiker reagerar också på att det var fritt fram för hundar i frukostmatsalen. Hotellet låg vackert och personalen var trevlig men hade väntat mig bättre standard för priset 300 euro plus parkering 26 euro.

Schöne und zentrale Lage, leider überteuerte Parkgebühren. Das Frühstück entspricht keinem 4*, weder in der Vielfalt noch in der Qualität, ausgenommen der Kaffee. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel ist von mittelmäßiger Qualität und erinnert in Präsentationen und Geschmack an Kantienessen. Da das Hotel zental gelegen ist, sollte man sich lieber ein Restaurant in der Umgebung suchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Zimmer waren am Schreibtisch Ecken rausgebrochen und im Bad, was viel zu klein ist, gibt es keine Ablageflächen, zudem waren mehrere Stellen im Waschbecken abgesplittert und notdürftig repariert. Die Betten hingegen waren spitze und sehr bequem.

Halvbra i Hildesheim

Bäst med detta hotell är läget och enkelheten att parkera. Vi reste med hund och kanske fick vi därför ett sämre rum - slitet och dåligt städat, tex låg en tomflaska (ej vår) under sängen. Avloppet i duschkabinen var igensatt så vattnet rann undan extremt långsamt vilket ledde till att du står i vatten upp till anklarna. Frukosten var dock helt okej.

Fint hotel til prisen

Et rigtig fint hotel til prisen. Værelse var rent og pænt dog med et lille badeværelse, hvor det er irriterende der ikke er plads til at stille sine toilettasker. Omgivelser er rigtig dejlige med stor parkeringsplads (mod betaling) og en stor have foran med havemøbler man kan hygge sig ved om aftenen i godt vejr. Derfor også dejligt stille uden en masse larmende trafik. Morgenmaden var også udemærket, ok udvalg (god bacon), dog er tyskerne ikke gode til at servere frisk brød. Alt i alt godkendt 👍

Badezimmer eiskalt, Wasser in der Dusche schwankt

Das Badezimmer hat leider keine Heizung und ist morgens eiskalt. Die Dusche morgens schwankt im 3 Sekundentakt zwischen heiß und kalt, extrem nervig. Das Frühstück wat okay, das Parken ist gut. Umgebung ist schrecklich! Ich habe leider mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und nachts um 2 grölen irgendwelche Assis draußen rum.

Insgesamt ok. Aber: Frühstück am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag war nur bis 10.30 möglich. Der alternativ angebotene Zimmerservice war für uns wenig nützlich, da wir Frühstück mit externen Gästen geplant hatten. Rezeption konnte aufgrund angeblicher internere Vorgaben nicht helfen, ein einseitiges Dokument aus einer Email auszudrucken. Feedback auf einen im Zimmer vergessenen Gegenstand dauerte fünf Tage. Da geht mehr, würde ich sagen!
