Lovely hotel with a seaview rooms and nice staff

I really loved this hotel nice location outside town on an island and I could really see the sea from my own room :) bed was comfortable and aircon was effective :) hotel staff were so friendly and I really felt myself welcome there….that is highly appreciated in my standards :) breakfast was Very good :) and i would love to visit Vaasa again soon and i would recommend this hotel to everybody i will book this hotel again Next time :)

Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all.

Vi var tyvärr där samtidigt som ett beach-volley sm ägde rum, det var extremt livat halva natten med folk som festade. Det fanns otillräcklig ac på rummet som gjorde att vi behövde öppna ett fönster eftersom det var otroligt varmt, men det gjorde också att en massa högljudda människor höll oss uppe sent in på natten. Under andra omständigheter hade nog vistelsen varit trevligare. Vill dock ge ett STORT plus för frukosten, där fanns nånting för alla smaker och det var otroligt gott!

Palvelut vajaavaiset, siistiä mutta vanhanaikaista

Huone oli tilava, vanhanaikainen mutta siisti. Superior queen olus huoneessa piti olla kaksi vuodesohvaa, mutta toisesta sohvasta puuttui vuode. Respasta saimme kyllä puuttuvat petivaatteet niin teimme sohvan päälle yhdelle lapselle pedin. Sunnuntaina ravintolapalveluita ei ollut, mikä tuli yllätyksenä. Aamupala oli runsas, muttei kovin laadukas. Esim. appelsiinimehu maistui enemmänkin fun lightilta.
