Even with non smoking, there are cigarettes burns in the room. Also water pipe was bursted and could not take a shower or use the bathroom….i know it was not hotel’s fault but it was very frustrating!!!

The office was disorganized No bell or anything to get service Room was horrible Bathroom door didn’t shut or lock Tv remote didn’t work or programed to the tv could only watch channel it was on Shower the water was backing up so it was like taking a shower and bath at the same time

A bit dated as the first thing we noticed was the residual smell of what must have been a smoking room for decades. We were able to check in early. Good location for Xfinity Center and historic sites like Concord. Comfortable enough. Friendly staff.

It smelled like cigarettes in our room, the bed sheets and blanket had cigarette holes burned into them, one of the curtains had a slice down it, the pillows sucked, 2 people in 1 room and we were given 3 pillows. It says free breakfast, there wasn’t anything but coffee and juice. It just felt dirty to us and we won’t be going back.

Room was not cleaned completely. Dirty refrigerator and floors. When we arrived there was cheese in the refrigerator and food crumbs in the fridge and freezer. Person came in to clean and took the dirty towels but did not leave clean ones or clean the floor that was dirty. Bathroom heater would not turn off.

Great place for motel

I come here all the time. I am a regular customer. I’ve been coming here for years. The management is very pleasant. Very nice. It is an outside motel but it’s a great place and the people are very nice and friendly. It’s not a hotel so don’t expect it to be that way but very friendly people there’s stores nearby a restaurant in the parking lot and the people that own the place they are very very, very friendly.
