We stayed 6 nights and loved the location annd proximity to the anirport. Easy transport into Amsterdam on the 397 and other stations to access the intercity trains. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very clean and basic. I wish the rooms had a small fridge for groceries and cold drinks. I would stay again!

I really like this Hotel. My room was new and decorated in an interesting style, spotless clean and very quiet. The hotel has a very decent small restaurant on the site, with an excellent service. The hotel is located to a very close proximity to the Airport, next to a bus stops # 300 and 397.

Very convenient - just a 6min bus ride from the airport. If you're visiting as a transit passenger for a day or 2 and flying off or taking a long-distance train, stay here instead of downtown. I believe you will end up paying less overall and probably get a larger room here. Rooms are also clean and nicely designed, plus the free breakfast was a nice touch. Note that there is no fridge in the room, so choose the right stuff if you're packing food from the airport.

The area was quiet and a central point to our activities. If you have a car, there is a garage for you to park in; keep in mind you will have to pay for parking the car. The staff is friendly and the room was comfortable. I would recommend new sheets but overall our stay was good.

Staff - generally good. Very relaxed staff at breakfast - chatting amongst themselves a lot. Breakfast quite basic, hot options are just bad scrambled, often cold, egg (like rubber) and dreadful chicken sausages. Hotel condition ok, except the lift which didn't open at the -1 floor so we were stuck. Beds very comfy, shower good, room just a bit basic - no fridge. Not in a rush to book again.

Property is nice and accessible to bus stop. However, it would help if they have a big hotel sign of their name visible from the bus stop as the bus stop is on the bridge and can easily be missed at night - it is pretty dark.

Great stay! Very clean and well maintained buidling anf rooms. Comfortable beds, clean and neat bathroom facilities. Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent location right next to the elevated bus stop that is served by airport bus 397 (and others) to Schiphol or Hoofddorp to connect easily with trains. Great price for a wonderful stay. Suggestion: think about including electric kettle or coffee maker in the room please

While the location and proximity to Schiphol Airport is fantastic, I had a few issues when it came to the room itself. My room was very close to some sort of piping system which meant all night I could hear water flowing which was not ideal for peace and quiet. The staff were okay. Some were friendly while others were very dismissive of my questions/concerns.

The wash room (between the shower) area and the common area there no proper separation till you shower the water over flow into the common are. There no flow and after feedback to the reception there no actions done

This is one of the worst hotels ever. The entire hotel was always cold, so much so you had to wear clothes to bed and your coat in the dining area. It is very remote and far from anything worthwhile so it costs a fortune to take a taxi, uber or bolt and to take the bus takes more than hour. The menu is severely limited and tastes like leftovers warmed up. While most of the staff is friendly I ate breakfast at the hotel next door, because the one I was staying at was run by a very angry woman. Besides the hotel next door had more to offer and I learned on my last day their room rates were much better

Lovely hotel, conveniently located just one bus stop away from Schiphol airport. The building itself is very nice, trendy and clean. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. I stayed for 3 nights (for work). Pros: - Conveniently located near the airport, with easy access to motorways which was ideal for me. - Nice breakfast, sufficient choice of food. - The staff at the breakfast area were very friendly and I was greeted with a lovely smile every morning. Nothing was too much for them, they kept smiling. - The room was nice and spacious, the bed very comfortable. Cons: - The staff at front desk didn’t seem to enjoy working there, the customer service was awful. - The staff in the bar area even worse. Anything you asked seemed like it was too much and one night my starter and main course came out together at the same time while the gentleman next to me had arrived before me, and was still waiting for his food after I had finished mine. - Language barrier, the majority of front desk and bar staff didn’t speak Dutch and limited English. - Very limited choice on the food menu and no other restaurants within walking distance (only McDonalds nearby). - No option to charge anything to the room. I bought a bottle of water at the front desk and when I asked if it could be charged to the room, the lady just sighed and simply said “NO”. - No option to open windows or let air in the rooms, it’s aircon only.
