Go somewhere else.

This place was a dump. They placed us on a floor that was having construction done. It was a mess. We only needed to stay for 2 nights due to moving out of state and upon arrival the hotel.com booking didn't communicate properly with their system. They charged me double for a room I had already paid for. The next morning we stepped out and came back to all of our belongings removed from the rooms and when staff was addressed about it. The goblin at the front desk was very unprofessional, rude and should not be the face of customer service. We had asked for our belongings where she led us to a closet where our food and stuff was on the floor. I said how does anyone operate a hotel like this she proceeded to say that she has bills to pay and no one asked for us to be there... Well that'll be the last time we make that mistake that's for sure.

Major issue on second floor... woman screaming through hallway...desk was alerted but truly did little to solve issue... one of permanent guests also reported disturbance... morning manager...lady seemed to be unaware of incident nor did she care...
