Pros: Fantastic location underground heated parking Excellent pools & sauna Cons: Single ply toilet paper & Kleenex Thread bare sheets & towels Bedspread is not washable $14 a day to park TONS of fabric surface areas, all of which had stains of… something…on them Overall: The insanely EXPENSIVE room rates this hotel charges weighed against every opportunity they took to save a $$ dramatically impacts guest experience. Save your $$ and book elsewhere.

The room did not have a smarr tv - nothing we could watch . Paying $800 for 2 days thats should be basic. Both the washroom doors wont close. The pillows were old and lacked support. Waste totally

The Banff Park Lodge was great! The staff was so kind and helpful, the food at their restaurant was perfect, and even though they had construction going on another restaurant everything was very neat and clean. The three pools were great after days of hard climbing and hiking! I would stay again.

The room was very nice, seemed to be newly renovated with nice carpet. Vibe was good, we were in a first floor room facing the street, but it was still quiet and hardly noticed. Wonderful location to downtime Banff. Included complimentary shuttle to Banff gondola which was a plus.

This was my second time staying at Banff Park Lodge. Love the area. Right in town and so close to everything. The staff was both polite and efficient. Dined at La Terrazza and Bluebird. I have to say that the food at both of these restaurants was amazing! As previously mentioned, I have stayed there twice and would not hesitate to do so again.

Very convenient location. A short minute walk to bear st and 2-3 mins walk to banff ave. You can’t beat the location! Hotel room pretty nice and updated.
