The hotel was lovely, modern and the staff were great. Daily room service was available if you want it. And a good range of options for breakfast buffet. Main downside is the beds were really uncomfortable- we booked a queen bed and got two single beds pushed together.

Avoid if you travel by car

Room, staff and breakfast were all good but you will get fine from the outside parking eventough you pay for it. Plus the chargers outside didn’t work so I had to pay for the garage aswell. Whole parking ended up costing 1000 NOK plus the time spent on writing a complaint to the parking firm. Staff was nice but unable to do anything to the parking situation, which was a bummer.

AC problems

AC didn't work, and the room kept a hot 28-29.5C the entire stay. When I told them about this after the 1st night, the man in the reseption said "Yes, we have a problem with the AC in 8-9th floor". And that's it, he then took my soda bottles scanned them and I got to pay. No sorry, no solution or even a discount on my soda for the inconvenience. This stains a little because the rest of it was quite great, cleaning, breakfast and such. But i'm leaving with some anger becuase of a hot ass room, and the respond of the reseptionist.
