Rooms were a little outdated. Plumbing in shower was old school and didn’t have the updated soap and shampoo dispensers. Towels were in main room and not located next to shower. Associates were very helpful and pleasant.

The room and hotel were clean. The room was very noisy, it sounded like the upstairs guests were a competitive clogging team. Otherwise, it was fine.

Hard beds and pushy to get us out way before time.

Everything was fine except the beds were super hard. Also, cleaning ladies knocked at the door at 8:30. Then a phone call at 9:30 to let me know that we needed to be out at 11. We already planned on getting out before 11. We came up for a funeral that started at 11. 11 not 8:30 or to disturb us again at 9:30. We will never stay there again.

Because pool was not in service people should get discount. Actually booked it because of the pool....for the kids to burn off some energy after a 9 hr car ride.

The front desk gal, Michelle, was awesome. She worked 2 double shifts during my stay. In a wheelchair because of broken feet. She was so friendly & wonderful. God bless people like her. I hope they find some help.

$150.00 deposit for “incidentals”??? Call it what it is, a security deposit. There is no mini bar or room service so you can’t have “incidentals” And, it’s 30 miles from Holbrook.

We were not given any details about breakfast’s, when and where. Is been 4 days still my money is on hold with them and no one is answering the phone when I call. I’m feel frustrated when all these things could’ve been explained when we checked in.

The automatic front door opener did not work. One of the two front doors would not open. The elevator did not work. The pool was closed. The handicapped room was not in operation. The carpets were filthy.
