Upon entering the hotel you are met with pure elegance! Let me tell you, your website does no justice to your hotel, it is incredibly beautiful & such attention to detail! The hospitality by all was amazing & a lady (sorry I did not take her name) made such an effort to help with a surprise visit from my kids for my husband’s birthday. Room was clean, spacious, lovely shower, just really good & exceeded my expectations from what I thought I was getting from the website! A thousand thanks!

Room did not look like the pictures. Could tell it was old and not as clean as one would expect. Was not the closest to the main attractions in Sevilla. Pros, was it was 10 mins walking distance away from the train station and staff was friendly.
