It was okay, nothing special. It wasn't as good like other Country Inn hotels that we've stayed in. The man at the front desk wasn't the nicest to my husband when he asked him some questions and he was difficult to understand with his accent. The breakfast wasn't very complete with hot foods. The condition of the lobby area and hallways looked rather shabby, in need of updating. The pool, hot tub, and ice machine were all down which made us wonder if they just didn't want the hassle of many people using them, especially over a busy holiday week. If we come back to Grand Rapids again for a visit, we'll probably try some place else.
