During my stay, I noticed that the hotel appeared to be understaffed, which led to some delays during check-in, taking about 15 minutes. Additionally, there was an unusual odor in the rooms that could be improved upon. The laundry facilities were limited, with only two washers and one dryer available for the entire hotel, one of the washers was out of order, leaving my children's uniforms damp. Unfortunately, I had to re-dry them in the morning.
Regarding breakfast the following day, it seemed that there was only one staff member handling cooking, which contributed to delays; the pancakes were not ready until close to 7:00 AM, despite the 6:30 AM start time. I found the quality of the food to be lacking, as it was often dry and undercooked. The juices did not have much flavor, and sadly, the coffee did not meet expectations either. Overall, the breakfast experience could use significant improvements. Given these challenges, I would likely consider other options for future stays.
