I had a room that had black mold growing in the bathroom. When I pointed it out to staff I was told a manger would call me, I waited 2 days with no contact. Staff at the desk we kind and professional, but the general manager Jamie couldn’t be bothered to address my concerns. It is very obvious there has been a leak in the wall for some time, you can see the screws holding the vanity up are rusted. To top it off, you are charged for parking, given a pass to out on your dash which states to park correctly or potentially be towed. I stayed I a very wet rainy night, 2 large trucks from Texas parked in the compact car parking taking up more than their space which left no option to park there for other people. When I brought to the night clerk’s attention she said I will take care of it, next morning, still parked there so those of ours with compact cars had to park clear to the back of the lot and hike in the rain. I selected this Hilton property because I expect good customer service, but buyer be warned, they just don’t care.
