We chose this hotel because it was advertised as having a kitchenette. It does have a fridge, stove and microwave, but no pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, toaster or kettle. Nothing to cook with at all, and who packs all their cooking essentials when they travel? It is very misleading to say that it has a kitchenette. Additionally, we wanted to cancel the last of our three nights but got the run-around between Hotels.com and the front office. Both claimed the other didn't do their part and thus we could not cancel. And, guests are told they need to carry out their garbage at the end of their stay or face a charge of $20/bag. These are the features you can expect at accommodations listed as a hostel, not a hotel.
