Convenient for the trip, about 15 min from downtown. Down the street from Waffle House, Starbucks and the post Malone canes! Only downside was Adult entertainment was surrounding the property though.

What I liked about it was that it was close to the event I was attending. What I didn’t like was That it was hot once you entered the hotel and it was 101 degrees outside, they hotel room was also hot because the air was not on , the fridge was not on so our drinks were not able to stay cold. And the bathroom was DIRTY!!!! There was long black hairs in the tub, on the wall of the shower and when you close the bathroom door there was hair and dirt in the corner between the door and the tub!!!! I will not go back there..

Room smelled like an old smoking room. Mini-fridge didn’t work and was filthy. Tub was not sufficiently clean. Breakfast was very limited. Men’s club is right next door - which doesn’t help the neighborhood.

The front desk lady was extremely rude. When I walked in she was yelling at an older Hispanic couple when they were simply asking for clarification on something. She seemed incompetent in her job and needs training in basic customer service practices. In addition to the check in process the water in the shower comes out brown when you first turn it on.

A condom wrapper was left on the floor in our room. They offered to move us to a separate room, and that room was also dirty. We finally got to a (mostly) clean room, but could barely even enjoy our stay or sleep comfortably, because it just felt so dirty. There was what seemed to be prostitution going on. I saw half naked women moving from room to room with men following behind them. It was hot even when the AC was on 68. We asked about getting a discount for our stay and they said they couldn’t do it because we already pre-paid. They tried nothing else to accommodate. They just gave a dry apology. I will NEVER stay here again.

Terrible experience

One of the most horrible experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms are connecting rooms, and we got woken up at 3am because the people in the other room kept trying to open our side with their key card. I got up, banged on the connecting door and told them to stop trying to open the door or I would call the front desk. After a few more tries, they finally gave up and started talking/yelling at each other. We could tell that the male was intoxicated from their conversation. When we went downstairs to tell the man at the front desk about the issues, he didn’t even offer to get in contact with the people in the other room nor did he offer to change our room. We ended up checking out around 4am.

Not bad for weekend trip with kids

We arrived super late (like 3am) so we had to be buzzed in. Beds were hard but that was expected. For a non smoking hotel the elevator and hall reeked of smoke (both the legal and recreational kind if you get my drift). But by the next afternoon the smell was gone or covered by cleaning scents. Breakfast was juice, coffee and packaged pastries. The front desk was very accommodating. They opened the pool to let my kids blow off some steam while my spouse caught up on sleep from the drive up. Location is in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Legit 15-20 minutes away from everything. Room was clean and cold AC which is always good. They charge a $100 deposit when you check in for "incidentals" which wasn't mentioned when we booked. Hopefully it is refunded. Overall it was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend away with the kids for a concert in Dallas.

Definitely a budget hotel

This is a serious budget hotel. There are holes in the towels and the bed sags to the middle. We stayed twice to save money. Both times the water didn't drain out of the tub. Not the safest area. There's a Gentleman's strip club right next door and we saw several sex workers.

I would not say at this hotel again. I actually would like my money back. The customer service was horrible. The room had food left in the And the refrigerator had food on. Is bathroom had a dirty town Left on the. Side Of this family sink. His hair was left all over the toilet on the shower. I tried to upload pictures but the camera wouldn't properly work to add the photo. I've tried several times to add a photo down below.
