I would like to take this opportunity to highly commend your staff at the Bluefield, WV location. They are absolutely stellar in every aspect. My Daughter and I were stranded and the Managers, Brie, and the other two Ladies on staff made us feel at home all things considered. And they went farther than the "extra mile" to make sure my Daughter was well taken care of. OUTSTANDING!!!

Manager Brie and the other two Managers have made our stay for inconvenient reasons very comfortable. They looked after us as if my Daughter and me were family. At a time we needed kindness. The first room the a/c wasn’t working. I ran into the manager in the hallway and she was so helpful. Moved me to another room that was not only Updated but smelled better and the A/c worked amazing. Wish I would have gotten her name she really is great at her job. 😁
