Nice hotel in Odense

This hotel is in an industrial park, so it feels a little odd when approaching. The staff were friendly and helpful both at check in and at breakfast. The room was comfortable with fold-down bunks for kids (mostly good, but our kiddo knocked her head on the upper bunk which is very close to the pillow of the lower bunk). They don’t have laundry machines, which seems to be common in Denmark, but they aren’t too far from a laundromat and stores. Breakfast was good.

Enjoyable Stay with Great Service and Breakfast

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options including delicious waffles. The service was top-notch, with the concierge kindly lending me two USB chargers at no cost – a real lifesaver. The staff, overall, were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the room felt slightly cramped for my family of four, it didn't dampen the experience. Recommended.

Disgusting smell

Smelled like sewage in the bathroom and not the nicest shower, black things in the corner. They really need to find the cause of this problem. Cannot add photo through the app sadly, but trust me it's in bad shape...

The staff were friendly and helpful but it was a 15 minute bus ride into Ondense so rather out the way and limited activities or restaurants. The dinner we did have at the hotel was good but the menu was extremely limited and very expensive. Due to allergies the menu was even more limited and none of the food either at breakfast or dinner had allergy listings so we embarrassingly had to ask all the time putting us on edge about food choices. The room was tight but functional and we had to be informed by cleaners that we had to ask reception to put us on the list for clean towels. We were very appreciative of the bicycles the hotel had for us to use and we had a fun day out on them when we had to ditch the idea of the zoo because it was just too expensive and unjustified. All in all very quiet and fair price for the room. Many thanks for the opportunity

God service og levede op til forventningerne

God service, venligt personale og gode faciliteter. Vi havde skrevet i forvejen, at vi havde en baby med på et halvt år samt en hund, og der stod en babyseng klar til os på værelset, samt madskål, hundeposer og godbidder og info omkring at have hund på hotellet. Det er derfor, man vælger Scandic! :) rengøringen på badeværelset kunne godt have været lidt bedre, men var acceptabel. Morgenmaden var acceptabel og hvad man kan forvente.

Nice hotel away from Odense city

While comfortable, this hotel is kinda of far away from city so good to be driving off you plan to stay there. The breakfast spread was generous nonetheless and the staff are friendly and professional.

Godt ophold med morgenmad. Vi sad ude pga medbragt hund. Desværre var det muligt at sidde og ryge på morgenmads pladser lige udenfor døren ind til spiseområdet. Det var et minus.

Ok hotel men urimeligt varmt værelse.

Hotellet som helhed var ok og nemt at komme til, men værelset var urimelig varmt, trods det at der ikke engang var specielt varmt udenfor og værelset vendte mod nord(motorvejen). Der var nok 25grader eller mere i rummet og det var umuligt for både børn og voksne at få sovet. Det endte med at planerne for dagen efter overnatningen måtte ændres, da ingen var friske nok til at at tage på tur efter så dårlig en søvn. Kan ikke anbefale at benytte hotellet i sommerhalvåret medmindre man ikke generes af tropetemperatur på værelset. Skal desuden nævnes at 2 fra familien fik lidt maveproblemer efter morgenmaden, om det var noget af maden eller en kombi af mad og ingen søvn skal være usagt, men træls var det.
