Very Friendly and accommodating Staff. Room was perfect with plenty of room, a nice shower and a comfortable bed. The complimentary fresh baked cookies and variety of beverages available 24 hours at the front desk as well as a great breakfast was a very nice added bonus. Under-impressed

We were given a wheelchair accessible room with two double beds instead of a king as booked. Bed/mattress height was about 18 inches high. Kind of hard to get up and out of. Mattress dipped in the middle. No counter space to set toiletries in bathroom. Mirror in shadows so hard to apply makeup. Lighting overall bad and dim. The bathroom floor was all bubbly from water damage. Towels and bedding and service were good as well as the carpet. There was an overall smell that permeated everywhere. Excellent breakfast.

Good location just right across from Mayo Clinic. I waited for one hour to get to the room because the room was not ready. The hotel is a little outdated, but Ok with the reasonable price.

Walkable to St. Mary’s hospital. Courteous staff. They shut down breakfast at 9 AM? Called day of check in to inform we would arrive late. Was not told elevators were not working. Room on 4th floor. Brought someone for back surgery. Yikes! That was rough. Luckily they found room on first floor next day. What’s going on with Marriot properties?

The elevator was supposedly broken. I dont believe it. I think they may have been shory staffed or kept a floor closed because of a lack of help or trying to keep cleaning costs down.
