Breakfast selection poor and was asked to move seats No one asked how my stay was when I checked out. As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. I loved that we had bottled water, a choice of sparking or still. Also nice hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee.The beds were very comfy with nice pillows and they had very nice fluffy towels in the bathroom.I would definitely stay again

I stayed here before a flight from Manchester Airport with my nephew, the staff were very helpful and kind (organising taxi's and printing off Fastrack passes) and dinner was lovely, so we were very relaxed for our flight the following day. The beds were very comfortable too and David on reception was amazing. We will be back.

Well located, service good, although only one on reception who was busy when I arrived do had to wait a while, but very welcoming when available. Room comfortable and clean. The deadlock to room 104 not able to engage properly as door misaligned. Also walls very thin, noisy Neighbour until late didn’t help with getting to sleep could even hear them snoring when they did.

All good except when arriving at the room, the toilet had an awful smell of chemicals or detergent, so an unpleasant welcome at the room level, but at the check in stage the reception staff was very pleasant and friendly to ensure a good check-in process
