Staff took 30 minutes to check me in due to “computer problems.” On day three, I asked for towels and was told to come back in 5 minutes as every towel was in the drier. The pool was filled with disgusting water and was closed. The hotel overall had a unique odor that was not great. Breakfast was good- eggs and sausage and biscuits on day two. They ran out of biscuits on day one. There was a juice machine but it did not work. The water pressure in the shower was great and very hot. There was half an onion in a cabinet in the kitchen left from another guest. It was close to Kings Island, which was the purpose of my trip.

There was a lot not okay with this hotel. It’s not a hotel. It’s temporary housing. The walls and doors both inside suites and hallways are damaged. The units carry a urine order. Rooms aren’t properly stocked and we were there for the weekend and not cleaning. Not even trash removal. The security doors half worked and the building has damage. The pool was unclean and looked unsafe to be in. It’s not a problem that it’s temporary housing because there’s a real housing issue in Ohio. It’s the safety of traveling guests that stay there. Overall, I won’t be back.

Didn’t have our reservation then get to room and there are no towels or soap. Had to go to front desk and they gave me towels but still no soap. Also no sheets or extra pillows for Pull Out bed

Arrived @ 9:30 pm for a 3 pm check in and the room was not cleaned or ready. Had 2 children, 5 year old & 16 month old ready for bed. Was told it would be 30 minute wait. Left facility & went to Kings Inn. Awful experience

Stay somewhere else.

The room was filthy, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The beds are uncomfortable. The service was terrible. We are traveling back to Cincinnati in September and will stay elsewhere. I have uploaded a picture of the bathroom wall covered in hair. (You will have to enlarge)

Not very clean

They folks at the property were very nice but the hotel is not very clean. The rooms and hallway smell of mold and the trash outside the building door was over-flowing and not emptied the whole five days that I stayed there. The buildings are in desperate need of maintenance, and it seems as if the owners are low on funds.

Baddie Baddie Staff!!

Everyone was utterly amazing while I was there! I wish I was better with names but the young man with red hair and a beard was super helpful and the young ladies who checked me out were absolutely fantastic. The rooms were alittle dusty, so that definitely sucked and a few other minor issues with the room but overall. It was nice to stay at and I’ll definitely be back.

Don't Stay Here

We walked into the room and a person that said he was the maintenance man was in the bathroom with the door shut. Says he was working on the water pressure. Not sure that was true. Room was not clean. Pink, blue and yellow stains on the carpet in multiple places. Killed bugs on the table. A half eaten fry was under the table (not ours). Shoes stuck to the sticky carpet. Outlet cover in the kitchen was only half there so you could see wiring behind outlet. Handle of hair dryer completely sticky. Our reservation was for 2 nights and we left after 1 night. Only stayed 1 night because we arrived late in the day. Whole place smelled bad. Didn't use the pool, but it is in rough condition.

Stayed 2 nights. The room was nice and comfortable for our time there. For an extended stay with a kitchen, I expected there to be some kind of pots and pans and silverware but there was none. Luckily I brought some just in case, so heads up if you’re staying and wanted to make a meal. The property is in a sketch area and the building reeked of marijuana and grease. Trash was piled up outside of the entrance to the building and you could tell it’s been sitting for days by the stench. The “breakfast” was very lacking and disappointing. All in all it was “OK”.
