Great location - close to beach, bars, walkable to boardwalk. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom small, no hairdryers - so remember to bring one and could use a broom in the room as we did get sand on the floor we would have liked to clean up, but overall a very pleasant stay and would definately go back.

I did not like being on the third floor there was way too many stairs to climb with a cooler but the girls that work there were very helpful they carried everything up and down for us so it really worked out well in that part but Saturday night was very very noisy and there's no phones in the rooms to call the front desk The rooms are very limited of what they have in them there's like one charging unit and that's about it besides that it was okay

This hotel is definitely one of the better hotels in the area! I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, spaciousness and quietness after 10pm. Since this area is always busy at night, they’ve placed rules to ensure a comfortable stay and no restless nights. When we got our keys, the man was very nice and made you feel at home. Thank you Nautical hotels for giving us a good place to stay when my flight was delayed! This place definitely gets Chicago love ❤️

We loved our stay at this hotel. My husband and I booked this trip for our first anniversary because we figured there’d be something for everyone in our family. The room was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything worked as it should. (We’ve stayed in hotels before where the hot water or appliances simply did not work, and that was definitely not the case here.) If we ever come back to Hampton I’ll definitely be booking this hotel again. And as far as the negative reviews about the “loud” bar across the street… They played AMAZING live music and we got to listen from our porch. You couldn’t even hear the bar in the room with the AC going, my toddler slept soundly both nights.

The property was nice. Knew when I booked it wasn't a luxury hotel! The room was a good size. It had an apartment size refrigerator, kitchen sink, Kitchen table, microwave oven. No hair dryer, but I knew that from another reviewer. Everything was walking distance. Not sure if was owners or property managers, but very friendly and helpful. I would book there again.

The heater in the room did not work and we were given a space heater. The coffee maker did not work. The bar across the street played very loud music until after midnight on the first night we were there and a very loud party lasted all night on the second evening. Do not stay here if you want to sleep.

The motel is across the street from a biker bar. The bar plays loud music. It turns the lights off late (after 1am). The walls are extremely thin. We could hear conversation next door, the wall shook when they shut their door. We could hear a person snoring. Our unit did not have a heater or extra blankets. No lamps!! No clock! You could not read in bed! The mattress was lump.

It's right in the middle of all the action - i.e. bars with live music, etc - so it can be noisy at night. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful.

Able to overlook some things ,location was perfect

The room was not in good condition the table top wobbles the stand next to the bed had two broken shelves, and one side of the bed was broken and sunk in, also curtains should be put up over all the blinds as it is a ground level room and you can see inside. The gentleman of the main office was very friendly. The shower was great. Location was wonderful.
