If you're considering this hotel, be warned: flexibility and hospitality are not part of the package. I arrived early, hoping to check in after a long trip, but was met with a curt, unapologetic “no early check-in under any circumstances.” Not even a willingness to check availability or offer alternatives. Just a hard line and a cold shoulder.
What made it worse? I had booked through a third-party site and reserved a room with a golf course view. Not only was that request ignored, but when I asked about it, staff brushed it off like it didn’t matter. It was clear from their tone and treatment that third-party guests are second-tier—if not outright dismissed. The implication was loud and clear: book direct or expect to be treated like an afterthought.
The room I eventually received was fine, but the experience left a sour taste. Hospitality is supposed to be about care, not control. This hotel seems to have forgotten that. I won’t be back—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with basic respect.
