The hotel is wonderful, however what is equally as wonderful if not more is the staff. They are so kind and attentive to each guest and a great resource for anything that you might need. All the small little things make this a place to remember, the small studio space to read a book, draw or relax, the roof top patio with the circular staircase that is illuminated by candlelight, the DIY French press coffee bar, the filtered water that is located on the courtyard to fill your water bottle before you head out, there are some many little things that the hotel does for its guests. My family loved staying here.

A home away from home

Grana B&B is simply wonderful in all aspects. The friendliness of the staff—who are available 24 hrs, for those late-nights on the town, they're waiting for you to open the door—the included breakfast, the in-room amenities, and, my favorite, the hotel soundtrack playing in the courtyard (it's in the details). A must for any type of getaway. Perfectly located right in the center of the historic district, in walking proximity to it all!! Will most definitely be back for a longer stay.

Great colonial style house in the center of Oaxaca, nice patio and rooftop with a stunning sunset view and relaxing/ motivating yoga classes. Not so nice: rooms on the ground floor face inwards without windows (or in our case: window towards the kitchen, wake up service included when the staff arrives in the morning). Excellent breakfast!

Awesome property. Our second stay and this time was just as amazing as we remembered. Our room had new windows and it was very quiet even though the area has a lot of nightlife. Our stay was amazing! All the staff was so friendly and courteous. The breakfast was also so delicious. The rooms were very nicely decorated with local art and crafts. The plants outside were very pretty. My children enjoyed the giant piñata hanging overhead the patio. Will definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved staying here. Gorgeous and homey b&b with the most friendly staff. My boyfriend and I were visiting Oaxaca for the first time and they helped organize drivers for day trips and to the airport. Breakfasts are made to order and delicious. The way they clean your room every day is beyond lovely

The 14 room Grana was a dream come true! It was beautiful, comfortable and all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. From reception, security, waitstaff, kitchen staff to cleaning staff. They were all 5 stars! The breakfast was always fresh and delicious, the beautiful dinning area was the perfect setting to show off the barro rojo, barro verde and all the other beautiful art work Oaxaca has to offer. It has a very cool vibe. Some people my differ but we had the best room, #8. Room opens up to the park across the street. It can be a bit noisy, but who needs rest in a beautiful town like Oaxaca. We will definitely return!!

We loved the design and decor if Grana BnB. The breakfast was amazing, loved how each day the main course was different traditional Oaxacan meals, and yet also offered fresh fruit like mango,.melon, Papaya y Piña. I'm still thinking of their hot chocolate, delicious! The staff is incredible, very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. My family felt right at home. Definitely recommending this place to my family and friends. Hope to come back another trip.
