Had to move rooms three times, housekeeping left our door open, headphones went missing, hot tub not working, pool only open three hours, once breakfast allotment was gone for the day it wasn’t refilled, all garbages in breakfast area were overflowing, general disarray and not clean!

It was nice but people were smoking in their rooms! I had children with me! I didn’t appreciate this at all. Told the day desk clerk but nothing was done. Not much of a breakfast. Need more for kids. Like fruitloops And choc milk flavored creamer would be nice too

Worse experience I've ever had...

Nothing worked in my room including any of the appliances or TV everything was disgusting and the AC was blowing hot air and as for safety concerns the door didn't even lock and they refused to change my room so we just checked out and I lost 710 dollars and repayed it elsewhere... I didn't get a refund after they said they would...

Place was awful. Pool has been closed for the past 4 years or so, they charged an extra deposit to stay, the room was nasty, and I couldn't get a refund from them directly without going though hotels.com to get my money back. I'll never stay there again or use hotels.com for future lodging needs.
