Buen hotel en muy buena ubicación

Bonito hotel muy bien situado, en primera línea de costa en Cairns. Las instalaciones son básicas pero adecuadas. Buena atención. Lo mejor, su ubicación para poder visitar el centro de Cairns a pie.

The location is fantastic and great for family with kids. Kids loved the pool and it’s well maintained. There is a big playground opposite the hotel as well as beach. Room is maintained well and very clean. Our family really enjoyed our stay at Cairns Plaza Hotel, and definitely will be back.

The room was very clean and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay.
Opinión verificada

8/10 Muy buena

The room was clean, with a big double balcony overlooking the esplanade. The bed was comfy and housekeeping were attentive. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was well maintained - small but ideal for cooling off after a long day exploring the area. Kitchen facilities were as advertised, no cooker but a microwave and full size fridge. Muddys cafe over the road is ideal for a coffee, breakfast or evening bite.

This is an excellent location. Minutes from the marina, aquarium (well worth the visit) and shopping. There are a lot of great upgrades and this is very clean. The staff was ultra friendly and could not have been more accommodating. This is truly a mom and pop 5 star hotel, and make sure you engage with Peter. You will feel the pride and caring he has in his hotel.

Opinión verificada

6/10 Buena

the rooms have space and a spacious balconies however the rooms are dated, walls are paper thin (despite being as far away from the elevator possible), and there is mold in the grout of the shower. The beds are firm and only sheets on the bed. We tried to slowly increase the air conditioning but it simply could not keep up and did not get below 22 C.

Good stay close to everything on the Esplanade. Property is a little dated however the staff were kind.

We stayed in the one bedroom with king bed and then they also placed 2 rollerway beds in the living area for the kids. Plenty of space so did not feel cramped. Excellent location to shops, Muddy's playground, hospitals, esplanade. Very helpful staff. Would recommend to stay here

Nice room and good location just a short walk from the main esplanade area which made it quieter and less busy. The room was very spacious and had good amenities.

Nice and central, clean and friendly reception. We stayed here (mum and 12yo daughter) for 3 nights and felt safe. The hotel is older but it is clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.
