When we arrived at the room, the bedsheets weren't changed or cleaned. Everything in the room was old and falling apart. The whole hotel is in rough condition. The staff was friendly and changed everything cleaned in our room.

La habitación no estaba limpia. La alfombra súper sucia, incluso bolas de cabello en el piso, y más basura por todos lados. En general muy sucio el cuarto. Tuvimos que pagar el doble para que nos movieran a una habitación con piso de cerámica que no estaba taaan sucia como la de alfombra, pero las toallas estaban manchadas y la verdad nadie quisimos bañarnos. Salimos en cuanto pudimos del hotel.

No funcionaba el Minisplit , se pidió revisión y según lo arreglaron , sigui en falla , pedimos un cambio y según no había habitaciones de la categoría y me querían bajar , pagué por una deluxe , que parecía de terror un calor horrible , la cortina no black out estaba cayéndose de vieja , ni creo que regresar , la aplicación hotels nunca me solucionó , creo que buscaré otra app para futuras reservaciones le tenia mucha lealtad pero veo que es la segunda que no me soluciona más que ofrecer 160 pesos
