My dogs and I enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly, for the price the room was fair. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the electrical outlets are still the two prong type one and not the three type ones. I had asked for an adapter at the reception, but to my dismay they didn’t have any. I couldn’t advance my home office work, but nevertheless still enjoyed my stay.

There were cockroaches and ants in the room , some of the light didn’t work in the bathroom. A/C unit didn’t cool the whole room. Bed was extremely hard due to the bottom being plywood instead of a box spring. Toilet was constantly getting clogged. The whole building didn’t have A/C in certain areas.

Todo bien las instalaciones la comida Excepto por una chica de la recepción se llama Irma quisimos pagar medio hospedaje y nos dijo que no tenían disponibilidad y la verdad el hotel están solo nos queríamos quedar por qué nos tocó lo de la lluvia y pues nuestro vuelo salió hasta las 10:35 además no me gustó su trato muy despectiva

Limpieza la realizan normal,toallas tienes que solicitarle en recepción,desayuno te limitan .el estacionamiento tienes que dejar tu llave del vehículo para que lo muevan y no se hace responsable y la persona que te atiende no tiene mucha empatía.

Hice una reservación para 3 personas y solo nos permitieron acceso a wifi para 2 dispositivos móviles, la habitación en general estaba descuidada; la reserva fue con desayuno incluido y estando ahí no nos quisieron hacer válido el desayuno, además de que su mesero en el restaurante fue brusco en el trato a mi madre quien es una mujer adulta mayor
