O café da manhã, percebemos que a maioria dos alimentos estavam secos, não nos parecendo serem feitos no dia e sim reaproveitam do dia anterior. Na descrição do site fala que tem estacionamento disponível, porém não falam que cobram uma taxa de R$30,00 +10% por dia, sendo o "suposto estacionamento " é no pátio do hotel aberto, não tem nem manobrista, achei um absurdo o valor e deveria constar essa informação no site se cobram.

Café da manhã com gosto de velho, não tinha chocolate quente, não encontrei água disponível no café da manhã, torta de maçã péssima, café da manhã ainda me fez mal. Piscina dizia que abria às 10h mas quando fomos ainda estava fechada e é pequena. Estacionamento é cobrado mas é aberto, não oferece segurança pro veículo e nem cobertura. Corredores do hotel com muito odor da cozinha, não tem sistema de exaustão. Pra quem vai com criança existe outros hotéis que disponibiliza área kids gratuitamente, no Sky é pago e caro. Ficamos 2 dias em outro hotel e 3 em outro, o valor dos quartos foram bem similares, no Sky nao havia vista pra lugar nenhum só pra dentro do próprio hotel, no outro hotel com valor de quarto similar a vista era maravilhosa, logo não achei compensatório. Achei a experiência péssima...

O hotel é excelente...quartos limpos, confortáveis, amplos. Café da manhã estilo colonial muito bem servido. Tem uma piscina aquecida muito boa, qual, fica na retaguarda do hotel...com uma vista excelente do paredão de pedra. HOTEL muito bom . Possui um parque para crianças e decoração com carro retro e helicóptero na entrada. Recomendo a todos.

Surpreende muito pois pedi decoração pra pedido de casamento e a sky nos presenteou com upgrade do quarto alem de toda decoração ser linda e perfeita pra uma noite inesquecível.. O Hotel Sky Palace não é o que parece. Não é excelente, nem merece 8,8 de avaliação. Nem de longe! São fake essas 3,5 estrelas. É um hotel com 181 quartos mas sem estrutura de lazer para receber pelo menos 360 pessoas ao mesmo tempo. A piscina é pequena, que não permite acolher mais do que duas famílias pequenas (8 pessoas ao mesmo tempo).O café da manhã é tipo “bastantão”: bandejas com muitos pedaços de cuca jogados uns por cima dos outros. O mesmo com as bandejas de pães, bolos, etc. Frios e queijos secos e gelados. Uma clara falta de cuidado. O que parece importar é a quantidade e não a qualidade. Embora algumas pessoas queiram comer muito, a maioria delas deseja comer bem. O único ponto positivo no café da manhã é o cuidado permanente do pessoal que limpa as mesas para os próximos hóspedes utilizá-las. O que se justifica também pela necessidade de giro. Ou seja, é um hotel grande (não um grande hotel), mais para excursões. Por fim, o quarto, ou o ambiente que hóspedes mais valorizam em um hotel. Destinaram-nos, inicialmente, um quarto cuja janela dava para a área interna do prédio, com passantes. Ou seja, não poderíamos manter a janela aberta, nem tampouco a cortina. Solicitamos a troca, que gentilmente concederam e nos deram um outro quarto, com alguns detalhes a destacar: quarto sujo, iluminação ruim, sem qualquer gancho para pendurar alguma bolsa, toalha, roupa, etc.; a prateleira do banheiro caindo, papel higiênico em folhas individualizadas como em uma lancheria.Ruim
