I’d look elsewhere…

I had two rooms and both rooms didn’t have hot water or working showers. No water even came out of either shower head… An empty room next door also had an alarm going off in the early morning that no one could turn off.

Had a great time at my overnight stay 11th Floor water view was perfect choice.The restaurant on the lobby was by far the best during my stay. Cheryl was grate and welcoming , loved her margaritas, so was the DJ at the bar lol . Chris the GM was also very hospitable.Our experience was great loved that I was able to have a morning swim. The room themselves are updated and well appointed, and seemed clean. The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The restaurants were a disaster. I tried to get dinner at the bar on the main level (the only dinner option in the hotel) and only one person seemed to be working. He basically told me it would be a long time before he could get to me, so I had to go elsewhere (not a lot of options near the hotel and I didn't feel particularly safe walking during the evening). In the morning the coffee place had one person working and it was so slow people were just leaving.
