Horrible bathroom
Bathroom was moldy and it was not possible at all to close the bathroom door, the door did not fit and i can only assume it was due to water damage expanding the door. There was holes in the walls around the bathtub and it smelled bad.
The room itself was OK, and beds were OK, but the bathroom was horrible.
On the plus-side, the hotel is very central and it is very easy to get around as public transportation is right outside.

OK If you just need a place to sleep
Needs refurbishing. Shower mount was broken and water was too hot to stand under. Wooden floors in room didn't feel clean. Lift is small and smelled bad.
Only stay here if you need the location and somewhere cheap. For not much more though you could get a brand name hotel.

More like a hostel.
The place was more like a hostel then a hotel. Lift was old and tape over the buttons for some reason. Dirty everywhere apart from the reception.
The public toilet on in the basement was terrible. Reception staff were ok but anyone else looked at you like dirt.
Its cheap. That is the only reason to stay. I would never take kids there.

The price was very convenient, so if you're not looking for the most luxury stay, I recommend this.
I was here for eight nights, I didn't stay a lot in the room, and when I did it was mostly for sleeping.
So it fitted me very well.

Avoid at all costs
I have rarely encountered such a filthy, bug ridden and disgustingly unpleasant place as this.
The dirt was staggering.
The shower was broken
The staff didn’t give a damn
The place smelled of stale smoke and takeaways
Clear evidence of rats

Poor quality hotel
Piles of laundry and pizza boxes in the corridors. Hand prints and dirt on the walls. Dust on the floors. Metal framed camping type bed that hurt to sit on. Tiny room. Next to loud and busy street but had to sleep with windows open. Maybe cheap but travelodge would be 10x better.

It does a job.
Nice hotel does what you need it to do if your just there for a night or two and need somewhere to sleep....
Small rooms but has everything you need...
Could benefit from some modern decor a splash of colour everything a little bland and dated...

Hotel lived up to the rubbish reviews
It’s cheap and deservedly so
Really uncomfortable beds with springs sticking through the mattress
Bathroom falling apart
Even the reception area is Grim and dirty
But not complaining though, for £50 we paid to crash after evening at the football and then on the town it’s perfect cheap way to spend a fun night in London

I paid less than £70 for a hotel in Kensington, so didn’t expect a lot and my expectations were met. You get what you pay for, a bed a shower and a locking door. Nothing more nothing less!
