6/10 Good

Heat worked, Hot water cut out while showering both times, build up of dirt and dust near the walls, broken floor tile,(safty issue if my children were with me) T.V. was to complicated ( useless) 830 am strong smell of cigarette smoke over whelmed the room.
steven, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Shower soaps wer broken off the wall Floor was slimy and slippery Toilet seat wasn’t screwed into the toilet Dead moths behind the toilet Bed frame cheap and noisy
Matt, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The beds were very comfortable. There was no continental breakfast.
Lucille, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Bathroom wasnt very clean, water knobs on the tub were loose and water seemed to be pouring into the bottom of the liner of the tub so it was like stepping on a big water balloon while trying to shower and not fall. The guest next to my room were up until 430am partying all night. The beds were hard as a rock. This definitely wasnt a very good experience. I wont be staying here again.
Ashley, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The stay was okay until we had a roach in our room
Lola, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Skip it & go elsewhere

Terrible location, hotel (more like a motel) looks deserted and completely unkept. Stinks like weed. Hotel & area feels very UNSAFE, homeless in the parking lot asking for cigarettes. The room itself was falling apart. Mattresses are on a metal frame - weird.
Maria, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Omg was terrible Attention was horrible Room was dirty Smells room terrible
Alexandra, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible location, unsecured entry doors, filthy room, mold and mildew permeating the air, inches of dust and spores in the heater filters. Took pictures and presented upon checkout. No concern, no apology. Was told they would follow up with housekeeping and if I wanted to request a refund it would need to go through hotels.com but still put a $100 hold on my card for incidentals. Not only did I leave completely frustrated, congested but terribly concerned for future patrons. This establish poses a great risk to the public.
Alicia, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good place to stay and priced decent

I was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet. The pool was nice. The room was decent. Staff were helpful. Only issues were no liquid soap in shower, the microwave tripped the tv. I will stay again. Thank you.
Louise, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very sketchy.
Robert, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

It was awful! The pictures of the location were not accurate. The facility was run down and dirty. The employees were not helpful.
Jackie, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place was beyond nasty! Felt very unsafe! Some lady was staring us down! We left!
Danielle, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Grim looking hotel in a fairly bleak location, but big, comfortable room and immaculately clean.
Ian, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door.
Nikolay, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Bed was very comfortable. There was no dining available so you had to leave to obtain meals. The neighborhood was sketchy, a lot of homeless people hanging around the area.
BettyJane, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Wasn’t terrible but low Class for a Ramada
Michael, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Needs some attention!

The room was clean and comfortable. We had to change rooms because the toilet in our first room didn’t flush. Room two was good. The property overall is not very tidy. Weeds around parking lot and sidewalks, trash adjacent to building in the parking lots, etc. the hotel is ok in a pinch but I wouldn’t stay here again unless other options aren’t available.
Tim, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I was shocked at how seedy this place looked. I didn't feel safe here and I left to find another place. I was charged for the room, but I wasn't even close to staying there.
