Nice oldish hotel on the beach. Good value for money. The restaurants were too expensive, though, so most people had their meals outside. Not a bad option in Senggigi but the good beaches are some distance away.

Staffs are very kind and professional. We expected too much but the smells of bed and pillow cover was overall not pleasant, and the room was also smelly. Hot shower was under maintenance and not working properly. Bit disappointed.

Pool was filthy with green mold. No gluten free food at all offered at both restaurants, had to get a taxi and go to other local resorts for lunch and dinner to eat. I have stayed in Sheraton Hotels in many countries and this would have to be the worse. Very disappointed in the very poor standard. The beach was filthy with rubbish and plastic from a local drain, dare not put my head under the water. (forget snorkeling) Lots of Customer Service staff who smiled a lot and asked lots of questions, BUT did nothing! Maybe time for a new general manager and clean out some staff .... More like a 2 star hotel. Not happy at all !

Excellent exterior, Old and Dated interior

Had stayed here before and rated it 5 stars BUT now though the service is good the room condition is poor. Furniture is in bad condition, wardrobe doors hard to open, shower facilities is not up to a 5 star hotel standard. Yes the swimming pool is still good well maintained, food and staff service are good. Will I stay again if ever I go back to Lombok- no. Unless management renovate the rooms.

I had a really lovely stay for 5 nights. The location was great (close to town, right on the beach), absolutely loved the gardens and pool, the food was beautiful (great breakfast buffet with changing menu), restaurants (typical hotel/resort prices) and staff were super friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. While the rooms were nice with clean sheets, comfy bed and good layout I think the bathrooms let them down. Tired and old and not super clean. This hotel has been around since the 90’s and it shows. Senggigi as a whole needs a refresh. Overall, a great hotel for families and relaxing comfy place to spend some time.

Majority of the staff there are excellent, especially Laura and the recreation supervisor. Unfortunately the rooms arent up to Sheraton standard.It was built in 1991, and the rooms havent been refurbised since then.Everything in the room is old, the curtains, wardrobe doors, furniture is that of a 3 star hotel.Extremely poor. Swimming pool excellent, toilets at pool also excellent, its a shame your room isnt the standard of the pool toilet

Disappointed

It was fine, just fine. Apparently we were upgraded but the room was extremely tired and in much need of a renovation. The location of the room and thin walls meant that we heard everything from our neighbour and anyone going the reception. Also my son’s roll out bed was awful- we paid extra for this and it was so hard and horrible. the beach and the sea were dirty. The pool guys were too busy trying to sell trips to help us find the hard to find sun beds too.

Stayed 10 days with my Girlfriend, and we had a great time. The room was great, the bed was comfy, plenty of space! Easy to find bike rental near by and the food from the stalls nearby was amazing. The breakfast was great too, huge selection of foods catering for any dietary requirement. But the true hero's are the staff, they are all so friendly and attentive, helpful and genuinely nice. I had actually made a mistake on the dates i booked, booking 1 month later than intended by accident amd the staff where patient and helped us fix the error promptly. Id like to special mention for Ayu Darman (sorry for the spelling), she was one of the morning hosts at breakfast (i think maybe a manager) but she was really lovely and nice to talk, though admittedly it was mostly my gf speaking in bahasa with her rather than me in English, but still she was very helpful and kind. Thank you.

Excellent séjour au Sheraton ! L’hôtel dispose d’une grande piscine parfaite pour se détendre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et très confortables. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est varié et délicieux. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement ! 🌴✨

The hotel itself is lovely. It is situated adjacent to the beach, has a great pool and beautiful gardens. The room I had was nicely decorated, good aircon and great bed. Above all, the staff were fabulous. Friendly and helpful and couldn't have been better.

Excellent resort hotel in Senggigi

Excellent hotel for our short stay in Senggigi. The staff was really friendly, the rooms super clean, and the pool was nice. Its not the best beach in Lombok (those are in the south), but the hotel did a great job in keeping it as clean as possible. The food was excellent! Would highly recommend this.

Schönes Hotel, aber laut

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendendem Pool, super freundlichen Mitarbeitern , grandiosem Frühstücksbuffet und tollem Park sowie gepflegtem Strand, der sehr gut zum Baden geeignet ist. Daher kann man das Hotel sehr empfehlen, aber es liegt direkt an der Straße. Im Bauteil 6 war unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk und die Straße war extrem stark zu hören. Da müssten die Türen viel besser isoliert werden. Zudem war der TV Empfang schlecht und fast alle Lichter des Zimmers nur über den Master-Schalter zu bedienen. Das sollte verbessert werden

部屋のコンディションはよくありません

まず　到着してから　いまは暖かいお湯が出ませんといわれ、部屋のシャワーが流れにくいので水がたまり、、、最悪でした。　プ-ルだけは普通に良かったです。部屋からにある布ばりの椅子にも　よごれがあり、座る気がしませんでした。

Bra hotell

Väldigt bra hotell! Vi bodde här i tre nätter men hade gärna bott längre! Vi hade förköpt middag och det var det enda vi var lite besvikna med maten var väldigt god och utbudet ganska bra men vi fick vänta 1 timma på förrätten alla dagar, vilket var lite synd. Sen var wifit också lite dåligt men annars väldigt bra!
