Brinkley Econo was ok not the best that I have stayed in. The room was clean and the bed was comfy... Just not as nice as the last one I was in

Wedding

The hotel overall was nice but they had portable heaters in the rooms. The one room had an old heater that didn’t really put off a lot of heat to heat the room ( it was a large room). It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Needs some updating but not bad. I would stay again.

A dump

Got woken up at 3:15 am , guys going fishing leaving there trucks run for 15 minutes, wanted to change rooms when we check in my wife said she did not feel safe, but manager wanted to charge more. I would not recommend to stay there ever.

We arrived late from our travels. Check in was easy as we had used Expedia to reserve a room. However, there was a man outside the entrance playing his music in his vehicle very, very loud. This lasted a half an hour or more after we were in our room. It appeared that the man was a friend or perhaps a relative of the female who checked me in. Also upon check in I was prohibited from going in because the door was locked and you had to communicate through a small window. This gave me the feeling I was not in a safe area. After getting in the room it had a smell. Musky or stale smoke. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. Thin walls in the room as I heard a man snoring for hours next door. In the morning when I went to get my shower the water was barely warm and went cold before my shower was over. My husband could not even shower because of no hot water. When I brought this to the attention of the check out clerk she said I could be lying about not having hot water. She actually raised her voiced, cursed at me and called me ugly names. This was all behind again the small window.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The shower drain was very slow. We arrived late and stayed one night. We booked the room late that afternoon through Expedia because they advertised a continental breakfast. At 645 am we went for breakfast and there was nothing. Instead of ringing for the manager we left and ate across the road at Wendy's.. We could have considered other nicer places that didn't offer breakfast. The adventures of traveling!
