Customer service at check in and also at check out was superb. Very appreciative of the friendliness from the staff here. It is a non smoking property. They are currently under staffed and with its location; much consideration from customers are much needed of minimizing the trouble and hassle for staff. I would stay here again said I am in the area again for any given reason. Thanks.

If towels and bedding are washed every time with soap, they will not be gray. It seemed that the bed was not fresh. There is no breakfast here. I don't know why they write a room with breakfast. One bag of coffee for 3 people for 2 days in the room.

Check-in/out was quick and efficient. The Manager on Duty was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. Room was clean but with a little bit of a musty odor. We opened our unit door and sliding door to let some fresh air in. Musty odor was gone in no time. There was no ice available and the vending machines were almost empty. Place is definitely old and in need of some updating but for the price, I'd definitely stay there again.

This was the worst stay ever they have a creepy man who doesn’t work there that has access to everyone’s room. The man kept stalking me and my family trying to get inside of our rooms we reported to staff and they said he simply lives in the hotel it was scary and everything was very dirty I had paid for two nights and had to endure them because it was too late to cancel.

the bed was like sleeping on a bed of nails covered with cotton and shook lke it would fall apart. at the head of it on the side facing the wall was an electrical outlook with a lamp and electrical plug in unit with several outlets. The wall outlet was pressing against the cotton material of the mattress. That outlet had no covering face-plate annd was dangling. When I tried to exit the door would not open. I tried to open the 1 window and found it jammed shut. I went back to the door and after several minutes of "jimmying" it opened. I only stayed 1 night and when I asked for a credit of the second I was told they could not because I booked through you..

Check in was quick & easy. The woman at the counter was very polite & nice. The room is good for the value. It’s clean. Overall a bit dated but worth the price. The pillows & bed are comfy. The bed is low to the ground & a little hard. We came for the NASCAR race. The track is just a few minutes away, which is convenient. I would stay here again.

Cold and Lumpy

Room was clean but run down. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room temperature was stuck at 61 degrees - on a very cold January night. The gentleman at the desk said the temperature was controlled with a handheld remote and tried to explain it. But it was confusing and I didn’t get it. To me adjusting the temperature should be fast and easy and not some weird procedure. So I froze all night

Do not stay her! From check in to check out tge staff was rude! I have a service dog and it was every day i was questioned about my dog. The room was crap. The bed sucked. The shower was cramped. This place is still in the 70's. Parking limmited. I had to check out early because of my work but because it was after 11am they charged me for the night i had to pay a $50 deposit and was told i was not getting it back because i checked out early

Decent quick stay hotel.

Checked in at 4p, and the room we were given had not been serviced. Went back to desk, and was given another room right away. Other than the tv remote not working, the room was very clean. The staff was nice and, it did seem like part of the hotel was being renovated. Pros: AC is ice cold, and the refrigerator kept drinks super cold as well.
