We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect. The city views from our rooms were really cool. The staff were professional and helpful. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. It offers excellent value for our money. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Danang!

Breakfast was really nice, but overall check in experience was poor. The receptionist at 4am gave us wrong room keys to me and my cousin, so it was alot of hassle to switch room since we unpack everything and then repack everything to switch room at 4:30 am in the morning. Also, my cousin was told differently about breakfast, so it was alot of inconvenience. However, morning staffs were really nice. It was just about that night that check in process was not cool.

A nice place

The hotel was nice and the room was really good and well organized. The bathroom and shower had a good size. Only thing that would have been better was if the aircon could stay on when not there, as it takes some time to cool the room down. Both breakfast and pool was okay.

Good quality & convenient location

We chose the hotel as it was close to the train station for out heritage train trip to Hue. Check in was poor. Fair enough room wasn’t available at 1pm but we just had to sit and wait with no further communication until 2.30pm. Check in was supposed to be 2pm. We suspect we were forgotten about until my wife caught the eye of one of the reception staff. Plenty of staff but perhaps because of language barrier we just didn’t feel welcome when we arrived. Strangely there was more warmth at check out when they were seeking a good review. Porters are quite happy to let you open your own doors upon returning to the hotel; wouldn’t want to interrupt their chats. Didn’t get to try the pool or gym, but the room was good. High quality, near new fittings and appliances and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is ok, less choices than other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam and less proactive staff. I think the hotel is suited more for local and Korean guests but considering the price we paid, it is fine for a short stay.

You get what you pay for, the hotel was pretty cheap so quite basic. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Large shower/bathroom so highlight of the room. Good location - walking distance to both markets, a supermarket and dragon bridge Negatives found were: the room could do with a good deep clean and the windows are only single glazed so noisy from the streets below at all times-this was a 7th floor bedroom too.

The room is fine. AC takes forever to cool room, bathroom floor slick and I actually feel getting out of the bathroom. Hallways just have open windows making the halls musty smelling. But ok, no big deal. Staff on the other hand…. The baggage guys downstairs keep asking us for our plans and where we were going. If it was to a tourist destination, they wanted to help and get a car. Great. When we needed help getting a car to the airport, couldn’t be bothered. When trying to check out, housekeeping walked in while I was trying to check the room and started to clean getting in the way. At the end, the clerk told me housekeeping couldn’t find one of the slippers so they charged us 80k (which is nothing really, but really?). Positives are it’s got good views of the fireworks fest without being too loud. Room was ok, not bad. Food was the same.

今回、結婚記念日の旅行で利用させて頂きました。 スタッフの皆様とても感じがよく 安心して過ごせました。 無料でアップグレードしてくださったうえ サプライズでお部屋の装飾もしていただき 本当に記念に残る旅行となりました。 最終日は飛行機の関係で早朝出発でしたが 前日に時間が大丈夫かお尋ねすると心配ないとのこと。 また空港にも近く、２つの市場にも近く 楽しめました。 観光に時間をとり夜ご飯のレストランが全て閉まっていたのですが ホテルのすぐ下で屋台⁉︎があり 助かりました。 本当にありがとうございました♪
