Disappointed. Missing basic service.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. VERY misleading on Hotels.com site as well as hotel website though. Both sites claimed access to amenities at nearby King and Prince (former “sister hotel”) but upon arrival we were informed they no longer maintain a relationship. This didn’t add up as many of the staff we saw working at the site were literally wearing uniforms with logos for the other hotel.
The tv was not a “smart tv” as claimed.
The cleaning staff did less than a good job. Trash from previous occupants were still in the can under the sink. We asked that this be handled, they didn’t do it the next day. Several days we had the same sort of “minor” mishaps. If hotel has “new owners” they need to actually care and stress to staff about finishing well.
Also don’t believe the pool photos. There is no bar. No outdoor TVs. A few sad dilapidated chairs with no umbrellas. Looks like an afterthought.
Evening cocktails also did not exist.
Will not go back.
