A great place

This is a great place for a stay in Cartagena. The service is incredible. The rates are reasonable. Access to the beach is easy with a safe and private area before reaching the actual beach, making it very stress free. The food was great and food/drink prices were reasonable. Access to the rest of Cartagena was simple as well.

This is a lovely hotel. The food we had for lunch and dinner was really good. We loved the sloths and macaws on the property.

This room had mosquitoes dark dirty air air-conditioning leaked on your head when brushing teeth and shower flooded the bathroom floor was not pitched so just flooding with the air conditioning. System doesn’t work. You can’t regulate at all. You never know what you’re gonna get here. The area is really Cold. This particular building is one of the oldest in the area. Hasn’t been very well maintained the Chinese on it now and that Radison operate so I don’t think anybody cares too much about the condition.

They didn’t have a working elevator and actually one day my dad fell down from the stairs, was not anything bad but we were very worried because he was limping the whole day. The staff was very nice, the breakfast is amazing, the whole hotel is very pretty.

Stay was relaxing. The property is a little dated in terms of the rooms, nothing some updated renovations could not fix. However, an overall nice stay. The pool area in really nice, one could sit out there all day and truly enjoy nature and great weather.

Stayed for 8 days , our room changed 3 times , Hotel Staff and managers were caring and attentive . We had an amazing stay , the grounds are unique , wild life and many private corners excellent services .
