Bed and room were comfortable but what sets it apart is the staff! They are sweet and very friendly, they even let us check in a little early which was super appreciated, and were very kind about letting us keep some luggage there while we went to explore before a flight. Would stay again!

The staff was friendly and very helpful and the beds were comfortable. The end room air-conditioning unit did not disturb my sleep once I put the fan on "constant". The room had all you need. If you're doing a short stay, this is as good place to stay as any.

Decent but warn

The hotel staff were immediately friendly and helpful. The room itself was a no frills king bed room. Not big, but we were only there for a night for an event at Metlife. The proximity for the price was the best part! The bed was also very comfortable so I was able to peacefully rest after the event. The only two concerns I had which was absolutely manageable on my part was how warm/hot the common spaces were. The hallway and elevator were the most noticeably warm spaces. The shower head was also incredibly strong. Like - fire hose strong. As I said, it wasn’t something to make a fuss about at the time because we were only there for a night and spent minimal time outside of the room when at the property. Overall, a decent stay. Would stay again.

Terrible experience. Will not book hotel again.

We were unable to stay and lost our payment. There were only 3 handicap spots and all were full. We rode around for a while but the entire parking lot was full. I went inside and asked the person at the desk where should we park and her response - I don’t know, I’ve never come across this situation before and suggested I speak to the manager the next day. There was also no local parking.

Brian at the Front Desk is amazing! Very efficient, friendly and provides outstanding service. The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Very well maintained. No drinkable water no amenities

Front desk staff was so unfriendly and dispassionate that I never received a greeting the whole time. Body wash was out and never refilled. Asked for a small amount of dish soap and comb but was told they didn’t have any. I also asked for bottles waters that usually come with the stay as a complimentary service but they said all bottled water was an extra charge. They mentioned water fountain being available throughout the hotel but they were not maintained well and were either out of water or broken. The gym didn’t have drinkable water either. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because they were able to get me some toothpaste upon request.

Most hotels charge $50-$100 for incidentals but this one charged $20! Even though the money always goes back into the card, but you have to sometimes wait for a whole week. Considering it was only $20, I actually used it for breakfast etc. That said, my wife and I enjoyed our stay.
