Worse than expected

“Family-room” is just a foldout bed thrown into a double bed room. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival, 2.30pm - only an hour later could we enter the room where the toilet has some nice zebra stripes after the previous visit and the coffee machine could use a carrying hand as it had excessive mold in where you would drop the capsule and have the water run through.

This place is nice. Has a nice terrace. It’s generally clean but it was super humid in our room even with air conditioning, no fans in the bathroom so it would get quite wet everywhere when someone would shower. There was also a lot of mold on the ceiling, from water damage so that wasn’t great. The room itself was an okay size. It was kind of far from all the things you may want to do in old town (about a 50 minute walk). But otherwise the facilities are fine and it’s pretty good, just maybe not worth the price or if you want to pay more, stay somewhere a bit closer to Old Nice.

Then Tried to sit in pool cafe area but service terrible to order snacks/coffee and not good quality at all! Private beach area cafe lovely to have snacks & beverages but pricy!

Not a 5 star but a good location

Good location as close to the hotel and the beach. I would not rate this as a 5 star - very basic rooms, thin towels and toilet paper. The hair conditioner pot was empty and the balcony step and around the sink were worn. Some nice and happy staff, but some seem grumpy and stressed. Service at breakfast was good but around the rest of the hotel, including the restaurant and pool area was slow. Very expensive mini bar and we couldn't believe guests have to pay for the sun loungers on the private area of the beach. The breakfast was good with a wide range of food. Pool area was also pleasant and not too crowded. A very basic and poorly equipped gym. Not sure we would return again.
