8/10 Very good

The all-inclusive food was surprisingly good and had plenty of options. The service was excellent and all of the staff were super polite. The beach area is great with tons of lounge chairs to sit on and much larger compared to other resorts that are further south. Our only complaint would be that there was quite a bit of construction going on during our stay and sometimes they would be working and making a lot of noise during peak beach hours.

Staff were amazing! They were helpful, kind, friendly, congenial and gracious. we felt they were there to make our stay a memorable experience for that we are very grateful. The dining room staff made sure we had what we wanted or needed. All in all a wonderful experience. We are sure to return!

Very close to the Marina and Walmart, maybe 4-5 blocks, easy bus access, you'll use the bus a lot! 10 pesos, you can't beat it. You'll definitely need the bus to get downtown that would be a hell of a walk

The front desk staff was rude. The food was awful. During our stay portion of the Hotel got “SOLD” so we weren’t able to enjoy the other pool. Only two restaurants open and so much construction going on. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!
Mirna, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

They advertise 5 restaurants and only have 2; the food is average, service is extremely slow, building and equipment is in need of many repairs like, phones, air conditioning, walls. Bartenders are snappy, some waiters ignore you. I’m so disappointed.

Definitely do not get the all inclusive. The food was terrible and not but 2 choices for dining. Construction taking place daily with unbearable noise. Rooms are nothing to write home about. Overall low end
Melanie, 16-night trip

Very disappointed in the food choices. Seemed to be the same thing every day Housekeeper removed (stole) my granddaughter’s Columbia bathing suit and a sleep sack from my daughter’s room combined value over $100. Very upsetting that the staff does this. Our maid was great! We were on a different floor
Patrica, 11-night trip

2/10 Poor

I did not care for the property. Too basic for the price. I've reserved a Deluxe Suite with King Bed and I got a regular suit with two full size beds. The employees are rude they do not like to help and the rooms are dirty, towels are old and stained. Cockroach in the room and bathroom
Leonardo, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

The property is under construction, which was noisy during the day time. 2 of the 4 restaurants were closed. Food was the same everyday only made differently. This is the worst hotel that i have stayed at in my 40 years of traveling. Some Holiday Inns are better property then this hotel. Sink was not draining in bathroom. cracked tiles in bathroom, TV was not working. had to ask for extra hand towels, only given 1 hand towel everyday. And on and on and on. Never returning to this property again.

Nice quiet resort. Small but clean. We arrived at 10 am. The resort will not let you check in until 1 pm, no exceptions. They tell you that you can go across the street to eat or sit in the lobby but no drinks, not by the pool, not by the ocean. This is the first resort I have ever had this happen. I was mad! Then 1 pm came, no ocean view! I yelled about it, gave me another room, nope. Tried again. Told the room is not guaranteed to be ocean view, but somehow, after I complained enough, about 4 pm, I finally was able to get a (partial) ocean view, which I accepted because it also overlooked the pool and I was sick of arguing. After that, things were decent. The pool is big, there is only one, and the pool bar is big but always shaded since it is on the side facing the resort, so it is easy to get a drink at the pool bar in the pool. Food was okay, nice lobby bar with big screen and great ocean view. The area outside of the resort was very nice for walking, convenient for stores. Very safe. The town was artsy and nice. There is a sky bar within the resort which is cool since it overlooks the city and ocean, not open air, but still cool. This was a very laid back and relaxing resort, not much to do, but nice. I do see why this resort was cheap, but I did not hate it.
Gregory Dennis, 6-night trip

8/10 Very good

When we first arrived we were greeted quickly by Sandra and checked in fast. Our room was spacious with a city view. The fridge is not stocked and you have to request water every day to have it in your room. This was a downside. The room often wasn’t cleaned and when it was there was often no towels left for us. Sadly Valentine’s Day we came back to our room not made up. When we arrived there were changes being made which made the first couple days confusing. But once the new construction areas opened it was amazing!! Cannot say enough good things about the staff, except of the room cleaning staff. The selection of food was flavourful and typical variety as most all inclusives in this price range. The pools were not too crowded and we easily found seating every day either near the pool or on the beach. Downside is when on the beach you are asked every five minutes to buy things. They do not stay outside the ropes. This got annoying. We stayed during the beginning of February for 14 days. There is a property beside the resort that is stating construction so going forward there will be that noise for others to be aware of. Location is perfect and close to everything you will need.
Ryan, 14-night trip

4/10 Fair

We chose this as it appeared to be a smaller resort with a couple of very cute features. The Mexican people were, as always, welcoming and warm. The weather was excellent. Though we didn't get to stay in the portion of the hotel that was featured in their ad, we still enjoyed the amenities for the first few days. By day four, things started to go downhill. Large walls were built overnight, cutting off about 1/3 of the amenities, including a pool, bar, beachside restaurant, washrooms and showers, as well as part of the pool deck for the main pool that was left for guests. Construction crews were everywhere on the site, creating obstructions, noise and dust. Detours were set up every day making walking around unpredictable. Resort was advertised as having a main buffet and two specialty restaurants. If this was ever actually the case, by the time we were getting used to the layout, there was only the main buffet and one other regular restaurant building which alternated between Italian and Asian on a somewhat irregular schedule. It became completely unpredictable so one couldn't be sure where or what kind of food we'd be getting. At first, we thought it was just about a renovation - and we were disappointed that the hotel would take guest reservations without informing us before the fact. Later we heard that they had sold off part of their property. In either case, we would not have chosen to stay had we known about it.
Les, 9-night trip

6/10 Good

Habitación limpia, llaves del baño goteando. Personal amable, playa sucia, bar regular
Oscar, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Jorge Luis, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Erick, 4-night trip

6/10 Good
