Rooms are not cleaned every day unless I request. We requested two cleans while we were there. It was evident by the third day it was much needed as lots of fluff and dust.

When I booked this facility, I asked that breakfast be included. I was charged nearly $800 by the hotel for breakfast (for our two rooms). Also, I chose this hotel because it had a pool for my granddaughters. After we checked in, we went to look at the pool, and were told that only those 16 and over could use the pool, and that there was an extra charge. The facility was beautiful, but it was heartbreaking that the girls didn't have access to the pool that was promised (which was, to them, going to be a highlight of our trip). Also, we asked to have our rooms cleaned only every other day, and they did the bare minimum...removing trash and leaving clean towels.

The pool and spa area is not included in the room price. Age limit for pool is 16. They dont clean the rooms every day. You have to tell them if you want your room cleaned. The rooms was dirty. The madras had stains and the floor in the bathroom was clibby
