Really nice breakfast. No air conditioning and our room was facing the street, meaning we had to keep the window open and there was a lot of traffic noise from the street keeping us awake during the night

It was a fantastic room, spacious, clean and beautiful. Very nice staff. The breakfast was satisfactory. Our only complaints is that it was extremely hot in the room and we couldn't have our windows open because of the very noisy traffic and nightlife.

Great location when visiting Aalborg. Breakfast and the room was nice. The only two issues we had was, there was a lot of dirty plates and cups among the clean ones at breakfast. Not misplaced just not properly cleaned. Second one is that on Saturday night there was a party at the hotel and the noise from it was terrible and ruined that nights sleep.

Noisy room.

I was given a room (342) placed at third level, windows facing ventilation system. It was so noisy, even with the windows closed. Like having a truck just outside your door. It was nessesary for me to leave the room, to rest my ears. I informed the hotel, they were sorry. I find that you can’t offer this room without informing people. I have stayed at the hotel before, and had a good time there, so everything else is fine.

Dirty bathroom and shower

Quite old and worn out rooms but at least with a new comfortable bed. The bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently, there was hair on the floor in the shower and old dirt around the toilet and on the walls. The shower was terrible with no water pressure and the drain was clogged so the bathroom flooded. The receptionist that checked us in was very new and couldn’t give directions to the room. The receptionist that we spoke to at checkout about the problems in the room seemed not to care. We only stayed one night.

No cleaning done unless you ask for it; TV useless

Our TV did not work properly, often the image was like a puzzle and the remote control only worked sometimes... I was surprised that no cleaning was done unless we specifically put the sign on the door to 'Please clean'. I would expect from a 4* hotel that cleaning was done, unless I asked them not to do it. I had not found the sign in the bottom of the wardrobe, so had put no sign outside and no bed was done, no towels changed during our 3 days' stay. Much noise from the main street, as we had to keep our window open during the night due to the heat.

Et dejligt beliggende hotel som virker lidt træt, huller i væggene samt en skrue stikkende ud fra en ravpluks. Men det skal ikke overskygge et godt ophold som vi afsluttede med en god morgenmad.

Hvis man ønsker sit værelse et par timer før tid, kræver de 100kr. Ingen gratis kaffe udover morgenmad som var god. Ingen udskiftning af håndklæder og opredning af sengen medmindre man beder om det, ok til kun 2 overnatninger men de bør tømme skraldespande dagligt
