Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, and were patient with my limited Spanish. The food at the breakfast buffet (included in the price for our booking) was fresh and delicious.

Great night's sleep. Only two free tv channels. American breakfast was sugar heavy or too much oil. Prefer to go out and have a traditional breakfast. No ice machines, no ice at the breakfast area kitchen. Black out shade on the window. Clean bathroom, plenty of hot water.

Great night's rest and that's all.

Very nice hotel. Quick check in via QR code at the front desk. Beds are very comfortable. Room darkening shades. Quite. Quality of free breakfast could be better, especially the coffee. TV is nice but you have to bring your own streaming service otherwise no channels at all not even broadcast tv. Must use cell phone and WhatsApp to communicate with front desk. Excellent parking.

Viaje a San Juan del Rio

Las fotografías para reservar se ven muy bien pero cuando llegas se nota diferencia, sábanas percudidas, cuando abres la cama la sábana que cubre el colchón se desacomoda, estubimos en piso uno, se oye todo el ruido del lobby y del comedor, llega el olor a comida de la cafetería. Comparado con otros Misión en lo que estado las habitaciones me parecieron un poco descuidadas.

Un problema es la facturación No la envían al correo hay que llamarles para que lo hagan. La factura sale por menos del pago de alojamiento solo facturan una proporción la otra parte dicen que la deberá facturar el intermediario en este caso hoteles.com
