Very modern updated and clean apartment. Few steps to the beach. Very close to restaurants. Keys needs to be picked up from hotel in the front. It was not a problem but was not in the instructions. Very happy with our stay.

Absolutely loved it here. Perfect location for the beach, restaurants and transport. We had access to the pool which looks over the beach and the cocktails were great while watching the kid's swim. Only problem was it wasn't clear where we had to go to check-in. We had to go to the hotel itself to do this.

This hotel is a great spot if you enjoy a quieter beach town with a nice hotel room just steps from the beach! Our apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed close by. It’s also a short ride to the airport. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future!

The apartment was nice and comfortable. But where to check in wasn't clear and we walked aound in the rain to find the hotel which is where you check in. Hotel Playafels is where you should use for your drop off if you use the apartments.

Good for short stay

We were there for 7 days. The appartment is small and cozy. Only about 30 sec walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. Only thing I can say was not up to standard, were the beds. One of our beds was terrible. Overall 4 stars mostly because of the location.

The room was we got was not the one as it appeared on hotels.com. When we asked the hotel manager to switch, he told us no. So, we cancelled our second night and went elsewhere.

They held my passport and asked for 300€ deposit when I got there which wasn’t stated previously. Staff didn’t want to help. I paid my money for the place and they basically refused me entry. It was only one night till I catch my flight in the morning they made me get a cab to the airport and I had to sleep rough on the floor from 8.00pm-6am.

Not even a kettle. Stress from the start. Travelling to the property we get a message, problem with my credit card. They may cancel the booking. They ask for another credit card. Expedia insists do not supply further credit card details, hotel is saying if we don't supply new cc details they may cancel the booking. Bit of an inconvenience when we are in the high speed train coming from Madrid. Hotel gave us until 6pm to arrive. We ran with suitcase to get there just in time. I told them that I was bringing cash anyway. We arrived, paid cash for the stay (2 nights). They demanded 300 Euros deposit (in case we broke a cup I guess) this had to be paid by credit card in Euros. The last thing I want is to go back to England with 300 Euros credited to my credit card. Cash apparently was not acceptable. On to the room... Very dusty and dirty - actually upon check in we heard people complaining that their room was not clean - so obviously it wasn't just us. I had the pull out bed which had plenty of hair on it. I haven't suffered from Asthma for 20 years but the dust on the floor brought it back on. No kettle, no bowl for cereal. How this place gets high ranking reviews I really don't know. Staff - fine. Location fine. Amenities bad and low quality. It was cold in the room. Turned on the radiators, they didn't work. The room overhead air/con heating seemed to have a dial that went from 5C to 15C. We turned it to the heat setting but it just made a wind noise but without heat.
