A comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and room is clean with a nice view and balcony. Hotel located in a quiet area with wide view. Metro and JR station nearby and can reach the centre of Shinjuku in 15 mins. The public bath there is also very nice and relaxing. The only minor thing which I hope that can be improved is about gym equipment which basically only tracking and cycling machine without weight equipment.
