The best part of the hotel is the pool. The room had a musty smell to it all the time. You can hear everything in the hall through the doors. Very noisy in the mornings. Location was good.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable but there was no water could not take shower or wash hands. Toilet was still flushing so there was that. When we called front desk no apology no offer to make up for inconvenience. Just said issue with city that’s it.

Receptionist wanting to be the boss

They stay first day was hot ac was not working. Spoke with front desk name Juan an he had very bad customer service instead of helping us. He tired telling us that there was nothing wrong an we need to give the room to cool. I said it had all night an it’s hot this morning. I spoke to maintenance he recognized me from a previous day. Mario is well mannered and professional. He was able to get my room changed because he said the AC was broken and was not working while the receptionist one insisted that everybody go through him as of though he was the boss he made me feel very uncomfortable made me feel like what we said had no meaning to him he was going to do whatever he wanted. I’m just glad that Mario was able to help us and have us moved to a different room. thanks to his expertise and knowing that the AC was broken, we were able to move . Later, I complain to the receptionist in the morning, different person very well mannered very professional, and was told that I was not the first to complain about one. Someone needs to talk Juan’s manager. About his customer services.

Second time i stay at this location and i was unable to enjoy to pool! When i arrived the pool seemed fun, buy by the next morning the pool was empty. Also the second ind night i was unable to sleep due to noisy guest, i notifies the front desk but they’re was nothing they were able to do to solve that.

We entered our room and were greeted by a big spider on the floor by small table. Then all the towels in the bathroom were all dingy and had stains on them. Both our double queen beds were both dirty as well. They had stains and tiny black specs everywhere. Through out the night, guest banging on doors and yelling to be let in. Only stayed here because our usually place the Hampton Inn, was all booked up for the night. Will not be back. The only positive is the very upbeat accomodating guy who checked us in.

Awaiting Your Stay

The hotel staff on every level went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible in light of the present day Covid-19 restrictions. Although the public areas were temporarily closed off, the outdoor temperature was at least 104* at afternoon check-in, and remodeling construction is slowly taking place, they were always extremely courteous and helpful in making sure we had a very clean and comfortable suite with great air conditioning, and in serving us breakfast in our room the following morning. We we not expecting to use the pool anyway, so this was not a concern, but if you're looking for a pool, you'll have to wait until the Covid restrictions have been lifted. Just keep track of the local and national news and call ahead for exact information when you are ready to travel. Either way, this was a very nice stay for our trip.
