The stay did its job. Especially enjoyed the gym. The bathroom was clean but could have done with better body wash, which was provided in a one-use small sachet. You have to request for your room to be cleaned, areas such as under the bed and the floor were visibly not

Not worth the money

Hotel charges extra if more people are staying in the room. Parking is expensive and only alternative. We have stayed here 2 times before, but will not be returning after this 3rd one. For $300 per night we can find better options.

Bang for your buck

Very well worth the price, the beds were amazingly comfortable. It was clean, nothing was broken. The rooms are small but not claustrophobic so it doesn't get all too warm and you have just about enough room to do your stretches and such. Walls and doors could be thicker but honestly they're thick enough, I did hear some muffled snoring but it didn't keep me awake at all. My only gripe is somewhat pretty, and that's the free complementary shampoo and body wash. It dried out my hair and skin so much that I immediately went and bought my own stuff to wash it off with.

Not the best, not the worst

Ive been to Caninn Copenhagen before with perfect visits. But this time there was so much mold in the bathroom and stains on the floor. I wouldn't even take a shower in there. We put out towels to cover the bathroom floor to go in there. The room was extremely hot during the night. We could open the window, but there was nonstop noise from the streets outside, so that wasn't an option. We spontaneously decided to stay in Copenhagen an extra day, and just prolonged the stay here as it was easier.

Disappointed, I won’t be returning

The check-in experience was confusing and arduous since it had to be done on a computer in the lobby. The touch screen was filthy and I missed the room number so I had to go and ask the reception anyways. Check-out didn’t even work (you had to use the same system). The room was not very clean, especially not the bathroom which had mould on the caulk. There was no functioning ventilation which caused temperatures in the room to be over 30° C in the night, despite it being cool outside.

The Ryanair experience

Decent budget hotel, a good bed to sleep in, small but functional bathroom, a safe place to store your belongings. All as expected. But why insist on giving a horrible experience in all other aspects? Even when it would not cost anything to be more flexible. Check in starts 15.00 sharp, meaning that when 50 people have queued up at 14.50 the staff behind the counter is just asking you to wait until 15.00 insted of starting to check in the first people, it is ok of we have to wait to 15.00 before entering the room, but you could start the process. Instead the last people where probably not checked in before 14.30 after waiting in a line for more than half an hour. And why insist on booking a time for breakfast, when there is still a huge line (15 minutes before reaching the buffet) even when showing up at the allocated time slot? Our room (standard double) didn't have a hair dryer, when asking if we could borrow one the answer was, "sorry, for your room level i can only sell you one" - full Ryanair experience... Final note: no aircondition - as advertised, but the top floors can be HOT in summer whether, so be prepared for that.

Rummet var inte som på bilden, vi var tre personer och kunde knappt röra oss samtidigt på rummet. Förstår att det är deras koncept men man vill ha det man bokar helt enkelt, alltså lite större. Fint städat. Incheckning var det väldigt mkt folk och ca 20 min väntetid. Vid utcheckningen fungerade varken självutcheckning eller nummerlappar till receptionen. Positivt och tur var att det fanns gott om utrymme där man kunde sitta, olika rum och platser. Lounge osv.
