*Breakfast is very misleading!* Per advertisement it states breakfast included. Getting up to the breakfast bar there's a sign that states twenty one dollars per person. I asked the staff and they stated that was a listing error and that breakfast is not included.

I made a mistake in the booking and Hotels.com was useless in getting me straight. After two long calls of about 30 minutes each on hold I gave up. Joshua Tatum at the front desk resolved my issue. Joshua needs to be managing and training others. I appreciated his assistance.

We were denied a handicap accessable room after we requested one thru hotel.com. the hotel was giving handicap rooms to customers that didn't need them. The hotel did have bell boys to assist us with our luggage when we arrived. We finally got a room 3 hours after we arrived. We took a non handicap to get out of other customers way.
